Please take note of the following:
- i Every occupant shall be required to pay a Utility Fee of K150.00 per month (Applicable to City and Copperbelt Campuses ONLY).
- ii Each occupant shall be required to pay rent on the first day of every month. For this purpose, a student who occupies the hostel by the 15th of the month shall be required to pay the full rental and utility fees. As for the student who occupies the hostel after 15th of the month shall be required to pay half of the rental and utility fees.
- iii No cash payments shall be made to any University Official. All payments are to be made upon allocation of the room to the Bank Details.

1. General Registration Documents (All Students)
- Required Provisional Acceptance Letter
- Required Bank Deposit Slips / Payment Receipts
- Required 2 Passport Size Photos
- Required Verified Grade 12 Certificates (2 Copies)
- Required Certified National Registration Card (NRC) (2 Copies)
- Required Completed Medical Form Must be fully filled in, officially stamped, and signed by an authorized government clinic or hospital.
2. Category-Specific Requirements
- Foreign Students Study Permit Application Fee — K 9,000.00
- Foreign Students Conversion of Results at Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) Mandatory process; must be formally finalized before entering full registration tracks.
- Foreign Students Valid Police Clearance Certificate
- In-Service Diploma Certificate
- In-Service Valid Practicing License
3. Mandatory Fees, Logistics & Provisions
- Mandatory Student Identity Card Fee — ZMK 100 Once-off administrative payment processed securely via Mobile Money platforms.
